You may be used to looking for information on the Internet using a search engine such as Google or Yahoo!, but that isn't the best way to find scholarly journal articles.

We suggest you search for journal articles in a periodical database, like EBSCOhost or ProQuest, available through the Library Media Center. Periodical databases index articles that have been published in print (in a journal, magazine, or newspaper).
