Student Laptop Checkout

Students can check out laptops on a daily basis, or in some cases, for the entire quarter. Interested? Please read the guildelines for daily and quarterly use.

Electronic classrooms contain the following equipment:
  1. PC and/or Mac
  2. VHS player
  3. DVD player (DVD players are only in some rooms, in other rooms use the PC or Mac for viewing these materials.) If you find that you do not have a DVD player in your classroom, you can borrow one from Media Services.
  4. Audio Amplifier with speakers
  5. Overhead projector (in some rooms you may also have an overhead camera).
  6. Remote control to turn on/off the data projector and select equipment to view from.
  7. Data Projector (in a few rooms this is set-up for viewing of VHS and DVD materials, but not in computer lab classrooms).

Note: D-126P LMC Multimedia Viewing Room

An enhanced e-classroom with surround sound, international DVD player, blu-ray disk player, and ITV equipment. This room seats 40 people and can be booked through the Media Center. You can book the room in person, by phoning 425-564-2001 or emailing the Media Center: mediacenter@bellevuecollege.edu
Faculty and staff may request equipment to be delivered directly to their class or can arrange to pick up equipment in the Media Center (D-126). Only staff and faculty are eligible to check out equipment. Students may request equipment for presentations through their instructors and/or club advisor.

Note: CD/Cassette players are available for checkout. Please visit the Media Center to check out a CD/Cassette player; they will not be delivered to a classroom.

Please note: Most classrooms have a 27-inch TV Monitor with a VHS player and an overhead projector for viewing transparencies.

  1. DVD player
  2. Slide projector
  3. PC Cart (PC carts will not be delivered to electronic classrooms that already have equipment).
  4. Opaque projector.
  5. Powered Podium with Microphone.
  6. Audio cassette player
  7. Record player
  8. Data projector (available only during classroom or conference activity/use.)
  9. P.A System
  10. Video Camera

All requests must be made 24 hours prior to the classroom use. Last minute requests will be filled based on staff, equipment and/or audiovisual materials being available.

For Saturday Equipment Requests and/or emergencies, call (425) 564-2001. Access must be requested in advance to ensure that network connections are enabled.

PC Carts

PC Carts consist of: a standard desktop PC on a cart with a video projector. Standard software is loaded on the system; if you need speciality software, please ask the Media Center if it loaded on the system.The systems work with campus wireless.
