Equipment Requests

Faculty and staff may request equipment to be delivered directly to their class or can arrange to pick up equipment in the Media center (D-126). Only staff and faculty are eligible to check out equipment. Students may request equipment for presentations through their instructors and/or club advisor.

There are four ways to request equipment for delivery:

  1. Call The Media Center at (425) 564-2253 by 2:00 p.m. 1 day prior to the date requested.
  2. Stop by The Media Center (D-126) and order in person by 2:00 p.m. 1 day prior to the date requested.
  3. Request equipment via e-mail.
  4. Request equipment through the BC Request Center https://bellevuecollege.edu/requestcenter/, 48 hours prior to the time you need the equipment. Click for information on how to use the Request Center.
All requests must be made in advance. Last minute requests will be filled based on equipment and/or audiovisual materials being available.

Materials Requests

Requests for purchase of audiovisual materials

Faculty and staff may request items to be added to the library collection. Requests should be made to Cadi Russell-Sauve, Acquisitions Librarian. Cadi can be contacted by phone (425) 564-2262 or via e-mail. You can also stop by the Library Media Center and talk with a reference librarian.
