Equipment Requests

Faculty and staff may request equipment to be delivered directly to their class or can arrange to pick up equipment in the Media Center, D-126. Only staff and faculty are eligible to check out equipment. Students may request equipment for presentations through their instructor and/or club advisor.

There are four ways to request equipment for delivery:

  1. Request equipment through the BC Request Center 48 hours prior to the time you need the equipment. Click for information on how to use the Request Center.
  2. Request equipment via e-mail.
  3. Call The Media Center at 425-564-2001 by 2:00 p.m. 1 day prior to the date requested.
  4. Stop by The Media Center (D-126) and order in person by 2:00 p.m. 1 day prior to the date requested.
All requests must be made in advance. Last minute requests will be filled based on equipment and/or audiovisual materials being available.

For Saturday equipment requests, emergencies, or any questions about the service, please call the Media Center at 425-564-2001.

Requests for purchase of audiovisual materials

Faculty and staff may request items to be added to the library collection. Requests should be made to Cadi Russell-Sauve, Acquisitions Librarian. Cadi can be contacted by phone 425-564-2262 or via e-mail. You can also stop by the Library Media Center and talk with a reference librarian.
