Saving or Emailing Your Results

The BCC Library Media Center Online Catalog allows you to email or save the results of your searches.
To email or save your search results:

  1. Search the catalog for the item(s) you are looking for.
  2. On the results screen, scroll down to the bottom of the page.
  3. In the "Records" section, decide whether you want to email or save all the records on the page, or only the records that you have selected.

  4. In the "Select Download Format" section, make sure that "Full Record" is selected.
  5. If you want to save your search results to a disk, click on the "Click here to download" button.
  6. If you want to email your search results, type your email address in the box and click the "Email" button.
