This chat service allows you to ask librarians questions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Please note: Bellevue College is part of a national, 24/7 cooperative chat service. You may be chatting with a librarian from another college or university. Librarians from other colleges or universities may not be able to access all BC resources, nor will they be familiar with all BC policies.

Please include your email address when submitting the chat form. If we need to follow up with you and you have not provided your email, there will be no way for us to contact you!

This service answers reference questions and provides brief information about the library. The normal session is less than 15 minutes. The librarian can either give you the answer, or show you how to find the answer yourself next time, if you like.
