CINAHL is a database of information geared towards professionals in Nursing and Allied Health Fields including Diagnostic Medical Imaging & Sonography, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound and X-ray.

Access CINAHL through the EBSCOhost database. The content found in CINAHL is packaged and available through many vendors; we just happen to use EBSCOhost's version of the database. The CINAHL version that BC subscribes to contains many full-text articles, which makes finding information that much easier.
