Citing a book with more than one author follows the same pattern as the previous example. The only difference is how you include multiple names.

If the book you are citing has between 2-6 authors, your citation will need to include all of the authors in your citation. Follow the same Last Name, First Initial format for all the authors. Here's how to write the author names for a book by Dorothea Lange and Paul Schuster Taylor:

Note: Always indent after the first line of your citation.

Follow the order given on the book itself; don't alphabetize!

Books with 7 or more authors

For a book with seven or more authors, include the name of the first six authors followed by an ellipsis (three dots) and then the last author's name. Here's an example of how you would express the authors in your citation for a book that has many authors:
