REPEATED CLASS REQUEST FORM (READ IF YOU REPEATED A CLASS)

If you repeated a class that you originally got a D or F grade from, and your repeated grade is better, then you can dramatically change your grade point average (GPA) by submitting the Repeated Class Request form either in-person or online (https://bellevuecollege.edu/services/repeat.asp) from the My Online Services link at www.bellevuecollege.edu.

In-Person: This form is at ISP and on the wall outside the Bookstore.  After completing it, submit the form at the Student Service Desk (across from the Bookstore).  Your GPA will be re-calculated in 1 to 4 days, so keep checking your unofficial transcript online.

*     GRADUATION APPLICATION DEADLINE

If you want a degree or certificate on your official BCC transcript, then you need to submit a graduation application to the Evaluations Office and pay an application fee ($19.70).  If a graduation application is not processed, there will be no degree or certificate posted on your transcript.

Students apply for graduation two quarters before their final quarter at BCC.  The graduation application requires a filled out degree/certificate worksheet, sometimes signed by your advisor.

Here are the deadline dates:

Winter Quarter: October 10

Spring Quarter: December 10

Summer Quarter: March 15

Fall Quarter: June 1

If you missed the graduation deadline, but you still want your degree posted to your transcript at the end of Summer or Fall, you can pay a late fee.  Ask the Evaluations Office about this.
