Admission

Important Pre-Departure Advice:

Useful documents to bring with you:

If you are applying to BC from overseas, you must apply as a full-time student. Upon acceptance, a properly processed I-20 form will be sent to you. An I-20 form is one of the most important documents you must submit to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate when you apply for a student visa (F-1). You are encouraged to apply for your student visa early to provide ample time for visa processing. You may apply for your visa as soon as you are prepared to do so. However, please note that the U.S. Embassies and Consulates are not able to issue your student visa more than 120 days prior to the starting date of the quarter you intend to attend as stated on your I-20 form.

"I like to study at BC because I can learn lots of things about grammar, speaking, reading, and listening. I can also improve my English while learning about new cultures through students from all over the world. The teachers here are very good and funny, which makes the classroom experience enjoyable."
