Copies of IRB applications and proposals are available upon request. Send your request to Greg Schmidt or call (425) 564-2369 Bellevue College staff may access details of these proposals through the IRB portal site (requires login) .
Any staff or student at Bellevue College who is aware of any problems involving risks to subjects or others; serious or continuing noncompliance with the federal regulations or the requirements or determinations of the IRB must report the information to the IRB Chair. The report can be made by contacting Patricia James at 425-564-3152 or by emailing patricia.james@bellevuecollege.edu. The chair will then alert the appropriate institutional officials, the head of the agency supporting the research, any applicable regulatory body, and the Office for Human Research Protections.
