Curriculum Development - Special Projects
The Curriculum Development Specialist assists executive management at the college in special projects including new initiatives, strategic planning and grant-funded research and program assessment. Services Provided
Curriculum Development for technology-related programs:
- Research job, technology, skill trends and training needs in technology industries and careers
- Develop industry skill standards for technology careers and translate into educational programs
- Develop, assess and update curriculum for technology degree and training programs
Use of digital and collaborative technologies in Education:
- Research trends in technology and digital resource applications in education
- Provide administration for the Elluminate Live! Web conferencing technology for Bellevue College
- Participate in the BC Distance Learning effectiveness assessment program through data and survey analysis
