HP Administration
The HP IT specialist serves as a key member of the BC HP Support team. Gary Mahn, HP IT Specialist, reports to the Dean of Information Resources.
Services Provided
The HP IT Specialist, in collaboration with the HP Support team:
- Maintains the HP3000 system and related new applications (such as Financial Aid Module and Degree Audit)
- Supports the campus HP user community
- Assists the campus through the HP 3000 administrative system migration as determined by the SBCTC-IT "Go Forward" Project
