Information Sessions

All applicants MUST attend an information session in order to apply to the program.

What sort of information is provided at an Information Session?

 Information Sessions will provide detailed information about

  • the field of ultrasound
  • our program
  • the application process
  • prerequisites
  • credentialing  examinations
  • the job market

Will I have a chance to talk to instructors and ask questions?

Yes, faculty of the Diagnostic Ultrasound Program at will answer questions like

  • Can I become a successful sonographer?
  • What is required to enter the Program?
  • What are the job opportunities and pay scale?

Do I need a sign-up?

No reservations are needed, but you are required to be present for the entire meeting to apply to the program.

Can I bring someone with me to the Information Session?

You are encouraged to bring your spouse, parent(s) or a friend. We do request, however, that you do not bring small children or babies.
