How to Apply
Requesting an Application
To receive an application, come by the Radition and Imaging Sciences program office or contact us. We’re located in A251 on the BC Main Campus. The application packet that you'll receive will include:
- An application for the BC Imaging Sciences programs.
- An admissions application to Bellevue College [PDF].
- A checklist for what to include with your application.
Application Process & Fees
You'll complete your application materials along with a $40, non-refundable application fee, made payable to Bellevue College. Your application must be accompanied by a check or money order to cover this fee. If you do not include cash or credit card information your application will not be processed.
If you are not already a Bellevue College student, it is important that you also apply for Bellevue College admissions. Students applying for an Imaging Sciences program may include a printed college admissions application along with your Imaging Sciences program application packet to prevent being charged the college admissions application fee of $31.05 (which is posted on the college website). If you submit the college admissions application by mail, in-person or online (separately from the program application packet), you will be required to pay this additional fee. To avoid this fee, be sure to include your college admissions application when you submit your Imaging Sciences program application. The $40 fee you pay with your program application will cover both program application processing fees and college admissions costs.
Applying for Other Programs
If you are applying to more than one Radiation and Imaging Sciences program at BC, you’ll use the same Imaging Sciences application form. Check all appropriate boxes on the application form indicating which programs you wish to apply for. Your $40 application fee covers one or more programs, as long as you apply for all programs on the same application and submit in a single mailing. If you submit additional applications to apply for other Imaging Sciences programs, a $40 fee is required for each additional application. When applying for other programs, be sure to include separate personal statements for each program.
Also be aware that other programs in Radiation & Imaging Sciences have additional requirements and different closure dates for their application periods and procedures. It’s your responsibility to see that your application is submitted and arrives in the Imaging Sciences office before the specified deadlines for the programs you’re applying.
