To get the most out of your online classroom experience, to understand if the online environment is for you and to get off to a successful start without having to worry about how to use the technology.
What is it?
It is a free, two-day, online workshop. It will teach you how to use the online course software; Blackboard VISTA. You will receive hands on experience on how to navigate the online environment and communicate with your instructor and classmates. It is NOT a substitute for FYE.
How Do I Get Started?
Easily! There are many ways to sign up. You can sign up with your academic advisor in the Advising Center, stop by room A-140, call the Distance Education Office, 425-564-2438 or toll free 1-877-641-2712, or email landerso@bellevuecollege.edu (please include your name and student number).
Make sure your email address in the system is correct. To check go to bellevuecollege.edu/services/address.asp.
