13th Annual Become Exceptional Luncheon

With over 700 guests at the Meydenbauer Center on April 25th, our supporters gave generously. We raised over $269,000! Thank you to all of our sponsors, Angel donors, donors, speakers and volunteers. Your commitment to BC will change lives!

Margin of Excellence

On May 16, 2012 we celebrated the winners of the Margin of Excellence Award! Congratulations once again to Chan Beauvais, Nancy Gonlin, Danny Pham and Nancy Gonlin (pictured to the left) for your hardwork and dedication.

Donor & Scholar Celebration

On November 16, Interim President Laura Saunders, Bellevue College trustees, Bellevue College Foundation board members, donors and scholarship recipients gathered together and celebrated the generosity of our community members while also listening to students Cecil Groetken and Lydia Claxton as they described how their scholarships changed their lives. BC Bulldog Visited Campus and was Named!

In addition to visiting faculty, staff and students on campus during the month of October, the BC Bulldog was named! Over 700 people in the BC community voted for... Brutus! Visit our facebook page to see some of the highlights of employee visits and the naming of Brutus!

 

A BIG thank you to all of our donors who participated in Seattle Foundation's GiveBIG event on June 23! We raised over $2,100

 

Stefano Langone Guest Appearance with BC's Vocal Jazz Ensemble

Under the direction of Thomas Almli, the Vocal Jazz Ensemble had a "Celebration" with BC's very own Stefano Langone on Saturday, June 4th held at the Carlson Theater Over $3,500 was raised to support the BC Music Fund. Margin of Excellence Awards Ceremony and Reception

Bellevue College staff and faculty came together on May 25th to celebrate this year's Margin of Excellence award winners!

Speaker Series: Social Media Techniques

On May 12th at the Microsoft Store in Bellevue Square, Nathan Peterson gave an informational presentation on "Effective Social Media Techniques for Business -Tips and Tricks for Young Professionals To Get Ahead".
