When using campus technology or planning curriculum, support is available to employees from the following offices.

Curriculum Design Services

Services for all faculty

Course planning & consultation (online, hybrid & on campus delivery), design (or redesign) of online and hybrid courses, learning activities, etc. 

Educational Technology Services

Services for all employees

Blackboard Vista technical support & assistance (faculty); technology trainings for faculty and staff (all employees); assistance with creation of multimedia course materials; access to recording/editing computer stations

Web Services

Services for all employees

Support on SharePoint (MyBC) portal sites including MyBC Class Sites (faculty).  Get help on how to create sites, setting up permissions, working with portal features, managing documents, and general site planning, design and implementation.  Web staff can also help with web production assistance such as taking care of critical content updates on your site if your designated website manager is too sick to work.
