Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at
http://www.fafsa.ed.gov for each school year and list Bellevue
Community College on application (Title IV school code 003769).

Complete the BCC Financial Aid Orientation and pass the quiz.
Complete and turn in the Data Form to the Financial Aid Office.

Provide any additional documents to the Bellevue Community
College Financial Aid Office if selected for Verification or if
requested by Department of Education on your Student Aid Report
(SAR), or by Bellevue Community College (http://www.bcc.ctc.edu/financialaid/07-08-forms.stm
).
