    The theme for Black History Month is "Honoring Our Past to Help Shape the Future"and seven notable black leaders with various expertise will help BC celebrate. Basketball legends  Slick Watts ad Donald Watts will talk about sports leadership on Wednesday, Feb. 6.  Speakers to follow include Dr. Mona Lisa Saloy, author and folklorist, on Tuesday, Feb. 12, who will speak on "Cultural Arts as a Powerful Project of Us into Tomorrow;" Dr. Darryl Brice  speaking on "A Curse is a Curse: Black Masculinity and Bipolar Prisms" on Thursday, Feb 14; Dr. Jaye Goosby Smith will talk about "Vets and Multiple Identities" on Feb. 20; Paul Chiles, Real Estate, on Wednesday, Feb. 26; and Dr. Jared Ball, author educator, who will speak on Wednesday, Feb. 27. Capping off the month-long celebration will be dance with Motown Review with Tiffany Wilson on Friday, March 1.
