Telecourses on The College Channel

View or Print The College Channel Schedule:

The Spring Quarter Program Schedule broadcasts from  March 18 to June 16th, 2013.

The Summer Quarter Program Schedule will be posted before the first week of the next quarter.

Bellevue College telecourses consist of on-campus review sessions with Bellevue College instructors, who teach each course utilizing pre-produced video programs, textbooks, study guides and/or lab manuals. Attendance is required at orientation (first review session) and all sessions where exams will be given; individual instructors may require additional attendance.

Bellevue College telecourses are broadcast by the college campus television station. To view our programs, you will need access to The College Channel on Comcast Cable Channel 28 which broadcasts to subscribers throughout King County. The College Channel is NOT available within Seattle city limits, nor are we carried on private cable companies which some students have for their apartment complexes. If you have questions about the availability of our cable channel in your area, call us at (425) 564-2438 or toll free at 1 (877) 641-2712.

Several online-only distance classes use course materials broadcast on The College Channel.  These materials will also be available for viewing and/or overnight checkout from the Library Media Center on campus. There is no charge for this service. Sets of rental DVDs are available at a cost of $30/set/quarter for students registered in a telecourse or online-only course. Call the Distance Education Office at (425) 564-2438 -- toll free at 1 (877) 641-2712 -- for information, or e-mail the Distance Education Office for a printed schedule.
