Online Degrees & Certificates at Bellevue College
You can earn a degree or certificate
completely online. This option may work well if
you need to fit classes in between work or home
commitments, or you don't live near the Bellevue College

completing, entirely at a distance, the following
BC degree and certificate programs:
Associate Degrees
Bellevue College offers seven associate
degrees. Of these, the three we list below can be
pursued entirely at a distance:
Associate Degrees, Direct Transfer
Direct Transfer Agreement (DTA)
degrees are generally transferable to participating
4-year universities. The following two AAS-DTA degrees
offered at BC can be completed entirely at a distance.
Associate Degrees, Not Transferable
For other associate
degrees that can be completed only on-campus or
through a mix of on-campus and distance courses,

Online Bachelor
of Arts Degrees
You can complete a bachelor's degree online through BC's
educational partnerships.
Partnership with Edmonds Community College and Washington
State University
Bellevue College, Edmonds
Community College, and Washington State University
offer a joint Online
Associate in Arts (AA/AAS) Degree and Bachelor of
Arts Degrees in Business Administration and
Arts and Sciences. Programs include the following.
Business Administration:
For a B.A. degree in these majors,
you must first complete a BC Associate
in Arts and Science (AAS) Transfer Agreement for
Business Students (AAS-DTA) degree and then apply to the
Washington State University Distance Degree Program.
Arts & Sciences:
For the following Bachelor of Arts
majors, you must first complete a
BC Associate In Arts (AAS) Degree (Transfer Agreement)
and
then apply to the Washington State University Distance
Degree Program.
The following AAS degree for
transfer to WSU is offered only at Edmonds Community
College:
BC-WSU B.A. CoAdmission Program :
BC students may apply for co-admission to Washington State University Distance Degree Programs and are guaranteed acceptance to WSU DDP providing they complete their associate’s degree within 16 consecutive quarters and graduate with at least a 2.0 grade point average. offer a joint Associates
in Arts (AA/AAS) Degree and Bachelor's (BA and BS)
Completion Programs in Communication, English,
Humanities, Social Science and Health Information.
Under this program you first complete
a BC Associate
In Arts Transfer Degree through online and/or
onsite courses. Once completed, you may then apply
to be accepted at the University
of Washington Bachelor's Completion Program.
You may choose from the following degrees:

Course requirements at Bellevue
College and Edmonds Community College
can be fulfilled by any combination of online and/or
on-ground courses. To complete the BA degree at
the University of Washington, a period of residency
is required.
