You must have ALL pop-up blockers turned OFF for vista.bellevuecollege.edu to be able to fully function in Blackboard.
Blackboard routinely uses pop-up windows to display content; you must allow pop-up windows when accessing your course site. Even if the Pop-up Blocker Check has a green mark, it may still be necessary to turn off undetected pop-up blocker software.
