The Google Toolbar blocks pop-ups by default. You can allow pop-ups from selected sites, or disable the pop-up blocker completely.

To add WebCT Vista to your list of permitted sites:

1. click on the pop-up blocker button while viewing your MyWebCT home page
2. The pop-up blocker button will appear as
   

To completely disable the pop-up blocker:

1. click the Options button in the Google toolbar
2. clear the checkbox next to Popup Blocker in the Accessories section.
