To allow pop-ups in Mozila Firefox only when working in Vista:

1. Open Firefox
2. Click on the Tools menu then on the Options menu.
3. Click on the Content icon within the Options window.
4. To disable the blocker for all sites, uncheck the Block Popup Windows check box. 
5. To allow pop-ups only when using Vista, leave the check box checked but click on the "Exceptions" button to the right.
6. Enter vista.bcc.ctc.edu and click the "Allow" button.
7. Click the CLOSE button to close the Options menu
