To allow pop-ups in Internet Explorer only when working in Vista:

1. Launch an Internet Explorer browser window.
2. In the Tools menu at the top of the window, select "Pop-up Blocker", and then "Pop-up Blocker Settings".
3. Type "vista.bcc.ctc.edu" into the "Address of Web site to allow" box, and then click Add.
4. Click the Close button to exit.

When you install the Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2), the Internet Explorer Pop-up Blocker is automatically turned on, and set to the medium setting, which means that it will block most automatic pop-ups. Disable the Pop-up Blocker using the steps above.
