This course will give the student a brief overview of the main legal subjects that every practicing business professional should have some knowledge regarding. These subjects include and are not limited to, Contracts, Torts, Criminal Law and Procedure, Property, and Civil Procedure. This course demands a heavy amount of student participation throughout the week and will require the student to write required papers as assigned.
