Log onto the sample English 101 course 


Log onto the course site:

Although the log-in page is available at all times, you won’t be able to enter the sample course until after 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 17.

Steps:

  1. Return to the Blackboard VISTA log-in page by entering the URL in your Web browser address line or by clicking the link (clicking this link will open a new window): http://vista.bellevuecollege.edu. The Blackboard VISTA log-in page will open in a new window.

  2. Enter your username: your student ID # (no dashes or spaces between the numbers).

  3. Enter your password: your birthday (in the form of mmddyy, no slashes or spaces between the numbers). This will take you to your personal My Blackboard page, the gateway to all your online courses.

  4. Click on the title of your course (not on any of the icons beneath that title). This will take you to the home page of the English 101 sample course.

  5. On the home page, click on the “Start Here” icon.

Don’t worry if you don’t see your actual fall quarter online courses on your My Blackboard page. Your actual courses won’t appear until after 8:00 a.m. on the first day of fall quarter, Monday, September 21.
