Ann Bassetti

As Web Integration Manager in Boeing's Computer and Network Organization, Ann is responsible for promotion better understanding implementation of Web technologies within Boeing. As the first person assigned to support the World Wide Web full-time (summer of 1994), she has helped to pilot the deployment of Web technologies inside Boeing since their introduction, revolutionizing the way Boeing communicates internally and externally. Since the beginning she has coordinated extensively with colleagues from all Boeing business units regarding implementation of emerging internet technologies.

Prior to Boeing, Ann worked as a programmer for Econometric Research in Washington, DC which provided statistical support for national employment discrimination legal cases. She primarily designed and prepared graphics to illustrate key expert witness testimony, using mainframe graphics software. Anne joined Boeing in 1985 and became an Associate Technical Fellow in 1998. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from the University of Washington and a Washington State K-12 teaching certificate.

Vivian Dang

As Nanotechnology Program Manager in Boeing’s Learning, Training, and Development Organization, Vivian is responsible for developing the educational framework for a Nanotechnology program for engineers, scientists, and technicians.  She is also in the process of developing an online composite program for the Boeing enterprise.  Vivian has had the opportunity to be Principle Investigator of one of the Nanotechnology projects within Boeing Commercial Airplanes with emphasis on Conductivity & Lightning Strike Protection in the past year.  It was from her collaboration with this group that gave her the necessary outline to lead in developing a Nanotechnology training program.

Vivian was a recent graduate from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics Engineering.  She is currently pursuing her doctorate degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics Engineering with a concentration on the Structural Dynamics & Analysis of Composites.  Vivian joined the Boeing Company in 2005.

Ethan Yarbrough

Ethan is the Chief Operations Officer & Founder Allyis and has an extensive background in working with all sizes of business, from sole proprietors to enterprise clients, including Microsoft and MSNBC. He has served as a senior Allyis executive since 1996, with eight years as CFO and the role of Chief Operations Officer, which he currently holds.

As an Allyis co-founder and a member of the senior management team, Ethan has helped the company earn numerous honors, including being named one of the “Best Companies to Work For” by Washington CEO magazine and one of the “25 Best Places to Work” by Seattle Metropolitan magazine.

Ethan holds an M.A. from Western Washington University.
