Maureen Majury, Program Manager
photo of Maureen Majury  Maureen Majury is Senior Program Manager at the NWCET. Maureen manages the annual Washington State Working Connections IT Institute, performs curriculum, program and skill standards research, and works with Center grants. She also manages Center for IT Excellence (CITE) programs and services, including “Careers in IT: The Real Story”, the CITE IT Futures Summit, and publishes the quarterly CITE newsletter. Maureen also works developing grant proposals and provides fiscal management for NWCET. Some of her past projects include updating the Cyber Security and Information Assurance skill standards with CSSIA, acting as PI on the IT Skill Standards update project.

Maureen received her M. Ed. (Leadership and Policy Analysis Studies) from the University of Washington, a B. A. in English and history, and had a professional certificate to teach in secondary education. She attended Washington State University for earlier course studies in business statistics and marketing. Maureen developed leadership curriculum as a part-time faculty for the college's Leadership Institute managed by Student Programs and offered through the Human Development program. She has worked at Bellevue College from 1992 until present.
