- Margie Biliske

Margie Biliske is the founder of State and Local Tax Accounting, a firm that investigates and audits Fortune 500 companies. She was previously manager of state and local tax for McGladrey and Pullen, a senior tax analyst for Immunex and a senior revenue auditor for the State of Washington.
She holds a BS in accounting, a BA in Business Administration, Summa Cum Laude, and a Masters in Professional Accountancy, Cum Laude, from Central Washington University. She holds the CPA designation as well as the Certified Fraud Examiner designation.
- Dr. Michael Brown

Michael practices civil rights law and has taught at WSU, EWU and several community colleges in the area. He has published extensively in history, American Studies, Ethnic studies and law. He received his BA from Whitman, his MA in history from the University of Maine, his JD from Temple University and his PhD in history from Washington State University.
- Armikka Bryant
Armikka received his JD from the University of Iowa and a Masters of Laws in Taxation from the University of Washington. Armikka has previously done work for General Motors and was Assistant District Attorney in Brooklyn, NY. He did his undergraduate degree at the University of Michigan and was an attorney at Preston, Gates and Ellis specializing in commercial litigation and e-Discovery. He is currently a clerk for a Washington state judge.

Ed has extensive industry experience most recently as a marketing manager with Nintendo and Microsoft. He has been a consultant with Deloitte Touche among other companies. He received his BA from Carnegie Mellon and his MBA from the University of Chicago.
- Brad Fader
Brad has worked in finance and accounting for The Boeing Company for the past eighteen years. His responsibilities have included business planning and cost analysis. Brad holds an MBA from Seattle University and a BA from the University of Washington.
- Paul Johnson

Paul is a CPA in private practice. He has had a number of accounting and financial management positions specializing in federal tax compliance, small business accounting and accounting systems including Comptroller of the Alaska Air National Guard. He was an officer in the US Air Force and received his Master of Science from the University of North Dakota.
- Karrin Klotz

Karrin was in-house counsel for Wall Data, Microsoft, Amdahl, and Apple prior to having her own practice. She teaches courses on intellectual property and legal issues in new technologies at Seattle University and the UW. Karrin received her JD from the University of Wisconsin.
