Information Technology

Bellevue Community College is designated as the Washington State Center for Information Technology (IT) Excellence and is the leading provider of IT education in the region. Information Technology course offerings focus on the latest software and information technology equipment.

The Business Division offers a number of IT professional/technical degree programs that lead to exciting careers in the following areas:

 

 

Eastern @ BCC offers a Bachelors in Applied Technology in partnership with BCC for students who complete the Associated Arts degree in Network Support (NSCOM) or Technical Support (TECH) and the Associate in Arts & Sciences Direct Transfer Agreement (AAS-DTA). To pursue higher-level computer courses, students must first successfully complete the following basic class or pass a waiver exam:

  • IT 101 Introduction to Information Technology
    • Prerequisite for NSCOM, PROG and TECH courses
    • Waiver Exam sample test
