2010 BC Foundation Scholarships!

The Foundation is pleased to announce the 2010 Scholarship
Opportunities for BC students.
Scholarships are for Winter 2010 and Spring 2010 quarters. 
All BC Foundation Scholarships are for use at Bellevue College only and
can be applied to tuition, fees and, in some cases, books.

SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE FOR WINTER & SPRING 2010
Each scholarship may have additional eligibility criteria not listed here and which has been specified by the donor.
Please check the Foundation Scholarship website for specific details on each scholarship.

The Lynn Stafford Yilmaz Memorial Scholarship

Students must be registered in the Adult Basic Education ESL, a legal immigrant in the USA and have been resident in the USA for less than 5 years.

The Elaine Tuttle Insurance Careers Scholarship

Students must be currently enrolled in or admitted to the Insurance Specialist Certificate program and have a GPA of at least 2.5.

Bergstrom Family Scholarship Fund
Students must either be enrolled in the Early Learning and Teacher Education program
or be a graduate of Lake Stevens High School or Foster High School.

The Boeing Company Scholarships
Full-time students enrolled in Business Management, Engineering Technology, or Information Technology.

Radiation Therapy-Distant Learning Scholarship
Students enrolled in a Radiation Therapy program and
who have a summer internship scheduled at a distant learning facility.

Nancy Bean Costco IT Scholarship
IT students who are single parents.

Shirley Farnham Nursing Scholarship

Students must be currently enrolled in BC’s Nursing Program and have a GPA of at least 2.8.

Group Health Employee Scholarship
Group Health employees enrolled in an Allied Health Science Program at BC
with a GPA of 2.8 or higher.

Larry McCoy Memorial Scholarship
Students must be a first year radiology (x-ray) student
and employed by Virginia Mason Medical Center.

North Coast Electric Company Scholarship
Students must be a full-time student and enrolled in a Business Program or a Business-related Technical Certificate Program. 

MCG General Scholarship

Students have a GPA of at least 2.5, completed at least 45 college level credits and be enrolled in a degree/certificate program at Bellevue College.
