Background:  Graduated from Mount Si HS but only played junior year at Bellevue Christian HS for Coach Brian Potoshnik...was denied eligibility by WIAA during his senior year for the no transfer rule for international students...made Emerald City 1A League first team designated hitter as a junior...played two summers for Chaffey Baseball for Coaches Jim Stewart and Ray Atkinson...hit .430 with 18 RBI, two home runs, and 8 doubles.
Personal: Born June 23, 1994...son of Bennie and Ronel De Klerk...one sister Carla...interested area of study is family psychology...hobby is drawing...chose Bellevue because he heard great things about the program and its coaching staff and knew it was a good choice. Also thought the team was run very professionally and knew he would improve tremendously by attending the program.
