Background: All-Tournament team pitcher last May at the NWAACC Championships...fanned 15 in a complete game shutout in quarter-final win over Lower Columbia...selected in the 16th round by the Florida Marlins in the Major League Baseball amateur draft last June...named the #1 junior college prospect in the country by Perfect Game...listed as top ten prospect from West Coast Collegiate League after stellar summer for Bellingham Bells...was the starting pitcher in the West Coast Collegiate League All-Star Game last July...has signed letter of intent to pitch for the University of Oregon in 2013...played at Skyline HS under Coach Chris Tamminen … three-year letter-winner...All-KingCo First Team pitcher in ’08 and ’09 and selected as team MVP… All-State second team in '09… recorded 1.58 ERA in 44.1 IP during sophomore season at Skyline with 42 strikeouts… junior season recorded 1.85 ERA in 53.0 IP and 63 strikeouts… also played for summer league team Lakeside Recovery American Legion.

Personal: Born October 7, 1991 son of David (auditor) and Natalie (fitness instructor)… chose Bellevue due to coaching staff and building towards next step to four-year university…personal goal for season is to repeat as NWAACC Champions… brother Julian also attended Skyline and signed professionally with the Philadelphia Phillies out of high school.
