BC WOMEN’S SOCCER LOSES IN FIRST ROUND PLAYOFFS

The Bellevue College women’s soccer team traveled to Bellingham on Wednesday, Nov. 7, to take on Whatcom CC in the first round of playoffs leading up to the NWAACC Women’s Soccer Championship. The Orcas hit the pitch full-force and scored three goals on the Bulldogs by the 34th minute of the match. Following half-time intermission, the Bulldogs were able to get a read on Whatcom’s game and held WCC scoreless throughout the second half. Unfortunately, the Bulldogs were not able to mount a scoring attack of their own and lost the match 3-0. Bellevue women’s soccer completes the season with a 7-5-4 West Region league record, 9-7-4 overall. Thank you, Bulldogs, for an exciting year!
