Conway and Sciabica transfer to Division I Programs

Both men’s and women’s soccer programs for Bellevue College produced NCAA Division I players last year. Brittney Conway was the captain on the semi-final team for Bellevue College in 2010 and is playing at Eastern Washington University. “Brittney had one of the best work ethics I have ever seen in a while,” commented coach Shen. “She was constantly training.” Race Sciabica from Bellevue High School transferred to Seattle University. “We would have loved to have Race back this year, but I am extremely happy about his opportunity at SU. He worked hard; especially on his academics to be there. I am looking forward for good things from himat Seattle U.”

Other 4-year institution transfers include on the men’s side; Josh Strasser and Sean Keagan to Evergreen State College and on the women’s side; Wilhelmina Giese and Jessie Oliver to Northwest University and Deirdre Dornay to Evergreen State College.
