Brent Hermanson is entering hissecond year at BCC, his first as head coach, and his 10th year as a basketball coach. Coach Hermanson acted as an assistant under Steve Lowe in 2007-08, where he helped coach a Bulldogs team that finished 18-13 overall and qualified for the NWAACC Championship Tournament for the third consecutive year.

After taking some time to coach both Baseball and Soccer, he was back in the gym 4 years ago coaching young women in both the Redmond Select Program and the Flight AAU program.

Brent met Coach Lowe while coaching the 2010 graduating class in the Flight Program, and continues to be involved with both programs, running try-outs and promoting basketball opportunities for young women in the community. He has spent the last 15 years working in technology for various companies in the Puget Sound region, spending the last 6 years working at Microsoft.

Born in Olympia, Brent attended Olympia High School, North Seattle CC and Western Washington University. While at Western he was a member of the Rugby Team. Brent is also an avid cyclist, enjoys golfing and likes to spend time with his new wife and daughter.

A well known coaching presence in the area, Paulette Martin was hired as an Assistant Coach in June of 2007, and was promoted to the position of Associate Head Coach in May of 2008. Coach Martin was an integral part of the coaching staff during the 2007-08 season, where the team finished 18-13 and qualified for a third consecutive NWAACC Tournament. She is familiar with the NWAACC, having served as an assistant coach at Shoreline Community College.

A 1990 graduate of Indiana University and Purdue University at Indianapolis (IUPUI), Martin is a member of her alma mater's Athletic Hall of Fame. She ranks in IUPUI's top ten in several statistical categories, including career scoring average, field goals made, field goals attempted, and field goal percentage

Dan Toblin enters his second season at BCC, and his first as Assitant Coach for Women's Basketball. In 2007-08, he served the Strength and Conditioning coach before being promoted by Coach Hermanson to Assistant Coach in May 2008. Before coming to BCC he was enlisted in the United States Navy. He served on the USS Abraham Lincoln stationed out of Everett, WA for four years.

Currently coach Toblin is a fitness instructor in the BCC fitness center and finishing up a degree in personal training.

In addition to continuing to oversee of the team's strength and conditioning program, his duties include working with post players, scouting and recruiting.
