BC WOMEN’S BASKETBALL SCRIMMAGES AT BIG BEND
November 10, 2012
On Saturday, Nov. 10, the Bellevue women's basketball team traveled to Moses Lake to play Big Bend Community College in a pre-season scrimmage. Starting off slowly on offense, the Bulldogs eventually went on to score quick baskets off of steals and offensive rebounds. Brenna Anderson set the tone offensively for the team by getting put-backs and dominating the paint with her versatile moves inside. Off the bench, Jori Hall helped BC get going on defense with several steals that led to transition lay-ins and trips to the charity stripe. Maddison Rankin forced multiple turnovers for Big Bend before going down in the first half with a sprained ankle. Next up for the Bulldogs is a trip north to Everett CC where Bellevue plays in a three-day tournament Nov. 16-18.
