BULLDOG WOMEN GET HEALTHY, TOP WENATCHEE

The BCC Women's basketball team welcomed two players back from injury with a convincing home victory over Wenatchee Valley College on Thursday, December 20. Forward Lyndsee Landon and guard Briana Lewis saw their first action of the season, and both made big contributions in Bellevue's 70-61 victory over the Lady Knights.

Landon (16 points, 5 rebounds) teamed with sophomore center Marissa Bower (21 points, 9 rebounds) in dominating the paint, as the Bulldogs outscored their opponents 26-14 inside. Sophomore wing Danielle Bue added 12 points, while Lewis chipped 8 points and 5 rebounds in 24 minutes of work.

Up next for Bellevue(4-5) will be the Edmonds Community College Holiday Tournament, December 27-29 in Edmonds, WA.
