WOMEN’S TENNIS OFF TO GREAT START

Bellevue’s women’s tennis team had great results at the Spring Invitational in Stanwood over the weekend of March 9 and 10.  First-year players Rixing Xu and Sadie Dedon both made it to the semi-finals and ended up playing against each other, with Xu winning 6-1, 6-0. Xu then won the Singles final against Sydney Obstar from Spokane 6-1, 6-0.  In doubles action, Xu and Dedon played together and won the Doubles final 8-3 over Obstar and Dru Sanchez from Spokane. The Bulldogs travel the weekend of March 16 and 17 to play three matches against four-year schools in Oregon: Lewis & Clark College, Willamette University and George Fox University.
