Bellevue College Softball Invited to University of Washington's Fall Tournament / Announces Fall Schedule

The Bellevue College Softball team is one of five Northwest teams invited to play in UW's annual fall tournament held October 5-6 at Husky Softball Stadium.  The Bulldogs will play two games on Friday, October 5, facing off against Division I Seattle University at 4:30pm and playing the Huskies in the primetime game at 6:30pm.  On Saturday, the Bulldogs square away against Division II teams Central Washington at 9:00am and Western Washington at 1:00pm. 

"This is a great opportunity for our players to face tough competition while playing in one of the premier venues in the country," stated head Coach Leah Francis.  "It should be a fun weekend for both our players and our fans!"

In addition, the Bulldogs square off against the 2012 NWAACC Champions, Clackamas, and Eastern Region Powerhouse, Wenatchee Valley in their first weekend of games in Portland, OR on September 29.
