BC SOFTBALL SOPHOMORES IN SHOWCASE GAME

Five Bulldogs softball players took part in the NWAACC Sophomore Showcase games at Delta Park in Portland, Oregon, Sept. 26.  Infielders Megan McLachlan (Squalicum) and Megan Zender (Mt Baker) and outfielders Lexi Kubin (Lake Stevens), Lauren Reid (Jackson) and Kristina Stadelman (Fife) suited up for the North Region team. Each BC player had hits over the course of the two five-inning games. “It was a good opportunity for the players and I was proud of the way our sophomores played and of how they represented Bellevue College during the games,” said head coach Leah Francis.
