ADAM FENSTER TO COACH MEN’S SOCCER
February 10, 2007

Adam Fenster, the lead assistant coach for the 2006 BCC Men’s Soccer team, has been named Head Coach by Athletic Director Bill O’Connor.  He will take over a team that finished runner-up at the 2006 NWAACC Soccer Championships.  Fenster replaces Peter Kirov, who resigned following the 2006 season to pursue other coaching interests.

In addition to his work at BCC, Fenster also serves as a head coach for FC Alliance, a youth soccer program, and holds a U.S.S.F. “B” License.  He is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Performance Enhancement Specialist, and is a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

A 1993 graduate of Seattle Preparatory High School, Fenster played 4 years of varsity soccer for the Panthers before moving on to The Evergreen State College in Olympia, WA.  In 4 years of competition at Evergreen he was named a team captain, MVP, and was awarded Second Team All Conference twice.
