BULLDOGS LIGHT UP CARDINALS
The BCC Men’s Basketball team won their second game in a row and kept pace in the tightening race atop the Northern Region with an impressive 94-67 thrashing of Skagit Valley College on Monday, February 18. In a game that saw 6 players reach double figures, sophomore Josh Monagle led Bellevue in scoring with 13 points. All-NWAACC guard Steve Wiseley delivered the finest all-around performance his career at Bellevue, narrowly missing a triple double scoring 11 points, dishing out 9 assists, and grabbing 8 steals in only 25 minutes of action. Also in double figures for the Bulldogs was sophomore Michael Duty who posted 10 points to go along with a team high 5 boards. Freshmen Travis Sterling and Curron Singleton added 12 and 11 respectively while Pete Harris added 10 points along with 5 steals. |
