BULLDOGS DEFEAT SKAGIT VALLEY, TIE FOR FIRST January 22, 2008
The Bulldog men found themselves in a tight spot early in their game at Skagit Valley College on January 21, with their top three scorers sitting for much of the first half saddled with foul trouble. Nevertheless, the Bulldog bench buoyed the team, and Bellevue emerged with a hard fought 82-75 victory over the Cardinals. The Bulldogs were paced by Wiseley, who put up a career high 21 points and dished out a game high 7 assists to go along with 2 steals. Freshman guard Sam Cartmell also had a big game scoring 19 points grabbing 5 rebounds and adding 4 steals. Sophomore forwards Michael Duty and Josh Monagle, limited by foul trouble, scored 16 and 14 points apiece.
