Kirk Johanson
Head Coach
Kirk Johansen serves as both the Head Men’s and Women’s Golf Coach at Bellevue College. He was awarded the NWAACC Coach of the Year honor in both 2009 and 2010. Kirk is a long time veteran of the golf business beginning his career as a caddy at Inglewood Country Club at the age of 12. That early dedication to the game paid dividends as Kirk earned the right to play collegiately at Bellevue College and then moved on to the University of Washington. While attending college, Kirk continued to work in the golf industry as an assistant at Jackson Park Golf Course in Seattle and in sales with RedBird Sports. Kirk’s knowledge of the game and passion for people led him to serve as Head Professional at Willows Run Golf Course and to his current role as an Assistant at Glendale Country Club.
