MEN'S GOLF ROLLS; WINS A PAIR

BCC sophomore Richard Lee shot a 74 in the Tacoma Invitational and a 67 in the BCC/Walla Walla Challenge Match to lead Bellevue to a pair of wins.

The BCC Men's Golf team continued to make their case for being contenders in just their second season, as they won a pair of matches.

BCC won both the team and individual titles at the Tacoma Invitational on April 21, besting the rest of the NWAACC field by seven shots with a combined score of 301. Freshman Kris Jackson shot a match-best 72, followed closely by teammate Richard Lee in second place with a 74.

The Bulldogs dominated their challenge match with Walla Walla Community College on April 22, recording a 284 team score, and claiming the top four individual spots. Lee was sensational, shooting a 67 to lead all players. He was followed by teammates Markus Merisko (71), Jackson (72), and Chris Vargas (74) to round out the top five.
