MEN'S GOLF WINS HOME MATCH, EXTENDS LEAD IN NORTHERN REGION

The BCC Men's Golf team defended their homecourse at Glendale Country Club inBellevue on April 7, coming out number one in a field of six teams with a total team score of 298.

Sophomore Jeff Williams was the top finisher for Bellevue, finishing a stroke back of first place with a 73, while University of Washington bound Richard Lee shot a fourth best 74. Kris Jackson finished fifth with a 75, and Chris Vargas and Rett Ramey tied for sixth with identical scores of 76. The victory improves BCC's record to 9-1, the top mark in the Northern Region.

Up next, Bellevue will compete in the TCC Invitational at The Home Course in Dupont, WA on April 21, and then return to their home course at Glendale Country Club on April 22 for a challenge match against Walla Walla Community College
