Homework Assignment #3
TWO POINT PERSPECTIVE
CORNER OF ROOM
The problem is to draw the corner of your room. You are to look into the corner of a room through your window keeping your view stationary. The natural tendency is to look up and around with multiple perspectives. The window might help you with that. You may not want be able to see both the floor and ceiling at the same time.
Try to pick a location that will be interesting to draw. Pick walls that have things parallel to them or on them (furniture, pictures, windows, shelves, bricks, etc.).
Remember you are in the box and the walls are receding into the corner in two points.
Draw with pencil and straight edge. Do not shade or indicate texture. Concentrate on
two point linear perspective.
