Practicum Requirements
AA Interior Design Students
Students in our program, finishing their three-year AA in Interior Studies, are still required to complete two 150-hour practicums to complete the degree requirements for graduation. In some cases you may need an entry code.
INDES 185 Practicum in Interior Design 3 units (Pre-req INDES 170)
INDES 285 Practicum in Interior Design 3 units (Pre-req INDES 150, 160, 170)
Students are required to complete 150 hours per practicum. More details are given at the Practicum first class session.
BAA Interior Design Students
Students in our baccalaureate program are required to do one 150-hour practicum to complete the degree requirements for graduation. In some cases an entry code may be required.
INDES 485 Practicum in Interior Design 3 units (Pre-req INDES 273)
Students must complete 150 hours of work, paid or unpaid. More details are given at the Practicum first class session.
Employment Opportunities
Students in our program are encouraged to seek employment, for credit, or not, to gain experience to help them be better prepared to enter the field in their chosen careers. To be informed about opportunites, you must join our listserve.
